With our Support Package, we will help you program your router and we will program your webcams before they leave our warehouse. This will allow you to install them and get them up and online as soon as you receive them. Unlike other Webcam companies, we are there even after you purchase your system. We want to make your webcam purchasing & hosting experience the easiest and best it can be! If you purchase your equipment through HostaCam.com, our Tech Support package is included in the cost of your webcam or DVR.
